Open the same page as a teammate and you are both editing it live. Foliosodev is a real-time collaborative editor: you see each other's cursors, edits merge without conflicts, and nobody's changes are overwritten by a later save.
Live cursors, presence and merging that just works
- Cursors labelled with each person's name, and their selections highlighted
- A presence row showing who is on the page right now
- Conflict-free merging, so simultaneous edits converge
- The page title updates live for everyone, and "Last edited by" credits the right person

Live editing switches on for any page you have shared, and for every page that is not private in a space with more than one member. It is not a paid extra: it works on every plan, Free included. Bringing a whole team into shared spaces is what per-seat plans are for; see pricing.
Access changes reach open editors straight away, and the server refuses saves from anyone who has lost access, so removing an editor really does remove them.
Mentions and notifications
Type @ to mention a teammate in a page. They get an in-app notification, as they do when someone shares a page with them or asks for access to a space they run.
