Share notes with a link, or with a person
Share notes with a link when the person isn't on your team, or invite them by email when they are. Every share can be read-only or editable, and you can switch any of them off whenever you like.
Public links, read-only or editable
- Switch on a public link and anyone with the URL can read the page, with its code, diagrams and outline intact
- Make the link editable and visitors who sign in can edit the page in the app, live alongside you
- Add a password; changing it ends access for everyone who used the old one
- Links carry the page title, a summary and a preview image, so they unfurl properly when pasted into chat
The number of pages you can share at once depends on your plan:
- Free 3
- Pro Unlimited
- Team Unlimited
- Business Unlimited
Invite a person by email
Grant someone read or edit access to one page by their email address, without adding them to your organisation. Everything shared with you, everything you opened from a link and everything you have shared are listed in the sidebar, and you can revoke any share from the list of pages you have shared.
You verify your email address once before inviting someone or switching on a public link.
Your logo on shared pages
Custom branding can put your organisation's logo and colour on the pages you share by link.
